These dirtbags appear to be part of a ‘professional’ outfitter service in Kansas. Should have been barred from hunting for life. Average deer they took illegally scored in the 170’s.

While I agree......many of the deer were taken without a proper license/permit and/or outside of legal hunting seasons. Barring them from buying a license is not going to stop them from poaching in the future. Fines for others should have been more significant. 170 class bucks on a ranch will run around $7000. 13 of them equals about $91,000 stolen from law abiding Kansas sportsmen. Seems felony charges would have been more appropriate.
