Dear Forum Members,
In a recent news report Congress is backing off gun control measures. The traditional divide between Red and Blue’s has been bridged by an overwhelming majority of both parties resisting gun control. This is a success…for now. Skeptics and gun control advocates are already rallying.
We need to keep pressure on Washington. Washington needs to hear how its constituents feel about their Second Amendment rights.
The actions of gun owners across the country through the purchase of firearms and ammunition has sent a silent message that the citizens of this great land believe in their rights under the United States Constitution and fear those rights may be at risk. They see through overwhelming action that we want our government to acknowledge those rights by protecting them.
This is a perfect time to tell our Representatives how we want them to continue opposing gun control. The conversion of our rights into crimes by creating gun control laws is not what we want from our respected representatives. We want them to understand that gun control is not crime control. The two are not synonymous and gun control only criminalizes the actions of law-abiding citizens.
I am volunteering my time to help YOU contact your representative.

o You sign and send it to your representative
If we ALL do this on a regular basis (like monthly) we can keep the pressure on Washington and continue the momentum that has started. Washington hears the voice of American gun owners…for now.
The supporters of gun control will not rest. Nor should we rest when there are people in this country willing to erode away the rights of the Constitution.
