I've had similar dealings in the past, but wanted to pass along their good service this time. I bought a USED P11 that was pretty beat-up. It was missing the rear sight and the front sight was fairly beat up. Mechanically, the gun was fine and I got it for a good price.
At any rate, I called KT today and tried to order one of their sight sets. The sales lady was completing the order when I told her the reason why I was ordering the sight set. I told her why and she insisted on sending me the new sights free of charge!
You have to love good customer service.
