The rear sight came out of the dovetail cut on the slide of my p11 and it lost retention in it. I filled out the form online because it was after business hours to contact them and I got an email with a response saying they would be glad to send me a new rear sight for my p11.

I know that the part is not expensive or anything like that, I was just amazed at how there were no questions asked, didn't care if I had dropped it or beat it with a hammer. Just "here we'll send you a new one".

This is a great company to deal with IMO.

I've been thinking about picking up my first Kel Tec. Thanks for some more positive reassurance in case I would ever have to deal with the company. Their customer service is one thing that everyone seems to like.

I have two KT's but have never had to use their CS. It is a good thing to know they care about their customers. Thanks for posting.

I bought a kel-tec 380 used.
And I was told that they have a lifetime warranty.
Not just for the first buyer. But for the lifetime on the gun.
That's what I was told any way.

In my experience Kel Tec is usually free with their parts & prompt about getting them sent to you. My customer services experience with them has been positive.

I lost a part on my P32, tried to order it by phone, no go. Even after I told them I lost it and was wiling to pay, they sent it free of charge.:D

Yeah I am not the first owner, nor did they ask. For all they know I could not even have a p11, they didn't ask any questions at all just here ya go.

A few years ago, I bought a used P32 which looked like it had seen a lot of use. After several hundred rounds, something in the trigger mechanism broke, not sure of the specific part.

Long story short. I sent Kel Tec a used 1rst gen. P32 and they sent me back a new 2nd gen. P32. So far, no problems with this one.

Can't beat Kel Tec's customer service. :)

I live 15 minutes from the factory. Twice, I've taken guns in that had problems and they always fix them (you can hear the gunsmith test firing) while you wait.

Great customer service.

The rear site of my P11 left the gun as well. KT sent one right out, very nice. However, the site has left again. The plastic is very soft and shaves itself off to a snug fit, not a compressed, retained fit. Any help?

I have been shooting w/o the rear for the last couple of weeks. I actually do a little better. However, when I add some pin point targets, it gets a little squirrelly. My practical accuracy is good, my hostage taker accuracy is not so good. I am currently looking for good rear site that I can smith on and know its going to stay and be there when I need it.
