so i was having trouble with my Sub 2000, Glcok model, spitting out the magazine on the last round of each said magazine. the magazine catch wasn't fully engaging the notch in the magazine. i sent it back along with a note explaining the problem. they received it on Dec. 4th, repaired it by replacing the whole grip/reciever assebly with a newer updated version that has an improved ejection port with little deflectors built in instead of having to use the metal clip, replaced the collar that i scratched, modified the bolt head by taking a little material off of it so it doesn't contact the mag follower anymore, replaced both my damaged magazines, and shipped it back out to be on Dec 11th. i recieved it today via UPS. i couldn't be happier with my little gun or the FANTASTIC customer service from Kel-Tec. i was really expecting a month long waiting period for the repairs to happen, but was pleasantly surprised that they were so fast! i can't wait to take it out to the range again try out the 33 round Scherer mag. just wanted to share this great experience with everyone.

I have the Sub-2000 in .40 caliber. One day at the range, whilst I was dealing splattering death to cans of soda, the red plastic front site shattered. I called the next day, an operator answered in person on the second ring. She sent me a package of three for free. No supervisors, no waiting. Great service! Of course the iron sites on my 60 year old M-1 Garand hasn't ever broken...
