kel tec p3at pocket clips - fit the lcp?

I've got a buddy who bought a lcp. He saw my kel tec with the pocket clip and wanted one like it. My local gun shop only has the kel tec brand clips in stock. Will it fit the lcp?

Yes, with some very minor modification.
A YouTube search gave me step by step installation instructions for mine.

I wanted a lefthand clip when I bought my lcp, they were out so the dealer had to mail me one. When I got it the bag said Kel Tec on it.
