Looking for info on PMR-30. I have been thinking on buying one, and would appreciate any info, especially from someone who has one or has shot one. sbs

Well lets see....Does it feed well? How accurate at say 50-75yrds. I do alot of jackrabbit shooting, and usually at these distances. And thanks Gary I will do that. sbs

You might want to read Kel-Tec's recommendations for ammunition and make sure you have the proper barrel. Early PMR-30s, and even the new re-barreled ones with certain ammunition, have key-holing problems.

Not what you want in a hunting pistol.

Feed? Fine. Extract? Not so much until I did a minor modification. I forwarded that mod to KT's R&D folks, we'll see if they incorporate it in newer guns. Basically, the cut in the barrel was too shallow for the extractor to positively grip the stubby, rounded rim of the WMR case. I cut the groove ~ 0.030" deeper and put in a 3 coil longer extractor spring. Has been flawless since (about 600 rounds)

Minute of gallon paint can

I do alot of jackrabbit shooting, and usually at these distances.

A featherweight pistol with fixed sights would not be my first choice for this task.

I shoot at night, using headlights. Also, a Red Dot. Pistol I am using is a S&W M41, in .22lr.

To all who have posted to this tread......Thank You....Much. sbs
