Congrats. Gonna suppress that puppy and use it to its full potential?

I like those new style Ruger rifles!

Mr.Revolverguy

Nice rifle and review! Your first time out with it at the range and the ensuing rain showers kind of reminded me of the same thing I run into every time I go golfing!

CMON don't give away the rest of the review
While we certainly understand why you'd say that it is very important for anyone who produces content and then links to it here, that linking outside content here is only appropriate in the interest of promoting discussion about it HERE.

While it is a fine line, we consider simple link dropping as a form of spam. THR doesn't exist as a venue on which to advertise your product (content on your site) and chum for clicks, but posting something somewhere and asking folks to discuss it HERE is just fine.

Hope that clears things up.

Sam,

Some time back I did get the green light from another moderator on this forum. That stement was really tongue in cheek, just joshing around.

I gain nothing at all by others going to my website, if visited you will see there are no advertisements at all. It is intended that way to drive the message for unbiased reviews. Just one of the ways an old Marine can continue to support this great country and our rights, which I volunteered to put my life on the line for many times.

That comment was not meant to be serious at all.

No worries, just making our position clear as we have had folks get heavily into trolling for hits and that's a bit annoying.

All good, carry on!

I had no idea they are so rare. I walked into my gun store bought one for a reasonable price, shot about a hundred suppressed rounds through it, then sold it to make more room in the safe for about 15% off what I paid!

I loved it, but I love the savage 10fcp that replaced it more :)

I get understand that thinking txblackout, but I have long range covered :)
Even better that entire setup less than $600. At the price point Ruger has a nice rifle.

Good range report info, thanks for posting!

Bought mine from Buds about 2 months ago, didn't know they were hard to find either. I really like the little rifle but I think they could have done way better with the mag design and they should have stuck with the 77 MKII action so it would be easier to modify. I would like a 10 round detachable NON-rotary mag.

Other than that I really like the little rifle and find it very accurate. I did add a little weight to the stock on mine to balance it out a little better.
