Kimber Extractor looks funky

I have a Kimber Custom Shop; Super Carry Custom HD 45 Cal. Between 500 and 600 rounds to date. From Day #1, I've had problems with feeding. Probably two or three times out of every four or five magazines it won't completely load the cartridge into the chamber. I've had a very few that the cartridge noses into the feed ramp, and I have to remove the magazine to get it out. 99.9% of the problems are not fully inserting the shell into the chamber. Usually just takes a little pressure on the back of the slide to complete the loading, but, its aggravating and not at all what I think it should be. Is it clean? Oh yeah... It's clean... Lubed... not too much. Field strip at the range and clean every 50 to 100 rounds. Never a problem with ejecting a round.... Not one. Also trying some Wilson 47Ds. Same issue. No differences.
In reading through the forums, I decided to take a closer look at all the little things that could be going wrong. In taking a close look at the Extractor. I looks a little funky to me. Can anyone tell me if this extractor is mis-machined? It looks as though it has some machining that went off course. There is a chamfer machined on the side of the extractor, that appears to have been misaligned, and could be causing the heal of the cartridge to possibly hang. In close examination of the failures on the range, I haven't caught this specifically being the culprit. However, I have noticed that sometimes the slide going forward seems to just barely make it. No, I don't have high speed vision. But once in a while, it almost seems like I can "see" it finishing off, as if it just crept up to the finish line. Didn't feel, or seem right. Way too many failures to feed. Any help would be appreciated.

It needs to be replaced , but good luck with Kimber's serves dept. and you can forget it if your thinking its a warranty , If you just pulled the gun out of the box and had not shot it they would still say its your fault!!

Or just pick one of these, drop it in and go. I will most likely run with no tweaking.

I had a Kimber with the external extractor. It had problems and they just shipped me a "new style" extractor, which solved the problem. I know yours is internal, but I'm just saying my dealings with Kimber CS went fine.

They want you happy, and saying good things about Kimber, not bad things.

The extractor doesn't look quite how I like to see them but it does look functional. What you're describing actually sounds like a barrel bushing or lugs fitted a hair tight.
