KKM Barrels

I ordered a KKM Barrel through their website about a month ago. I never received any response that they received my order. I've emailed them twice inquiring about the order and never received any response to the emails. I know everyone's busy and orders are backed up. I just want to know if I'm on the waiting list. Does anyone know if they're still in business? On vacation? Don't like emails? Any insight would be appreciated.

It's a good company, probably just swamped.
You will love the barrel when you get it. I'll never buy any other brand of conversion barrel.

For the last few months, I've found phone calls generally far better at getting responses than email.

I have both KKM and the barrel with the dopey wolf on it. Also have a dopey wolf barrel without a wolf. I can't honestly say that the KKM barrel is better than the Lonewolf barrel.

AAMOF, I fired about 1000 rounds through a KKM G21/10mm conversion barrel, and it never extracted consistently.

I do, however, have a threaded, compensated, KKM .45ACP barrel that works just fine...just not any finer than my Lonewolf barrels.

Murphster, they are probably taking their time to make sure your barrel is handcrafted to perfection. Seriously, like others posted, I would give them a call.

As to Lone Wolf barrel bashing, I have both KKM and Lone Wolf barrels for my Glocks and they both work well. As to accuracy, Winchester 9mm 115/124 gr FMJ bullets loaded to 1.135" OAL produce slightly smaller shot groups out of the Lone Wolf 40-9 conversion barrel.

Of course, YMMV.

I just prefer my American-made KKM barrel over the Korean cartoon barrel.
