Krylon Fusion Paint for Plastic Handgun Grips?

How well does it hold up? Will a trace of oil (as a result of normal gun cleaning) have any effect on it? Is it reasonably resistant to chips and scratches?

I did a wide forend for a G3 rifle with Krylon fusion, worked fine and seemed pretty durable, not sure how it would hold up on handun grips.
