I was putting in my 44 mag bullet order and called since I didn't know how to special order a different size( 0.432). Minimum order is 1000 rds. As she was checking on my info with the previous orders she said " oh and you get the highroad discount" which i've forgotten. So I went ahead and ordered 500 of 45 ACP 230 gr roundnose as well.

I should have put in my order for 3000 rds of 9 mm 147 gr as well but i had just placed it with sns casting a few minutes before. i like the bullets from both companies.

That's a great example of a company providing high quality customer service and getting rewarded for it.
I've preached for a long long long time that if you do business "the right way" it'll pay off. In your case, I'm sure they made up the discount with the extra sales. They'll also get additional sales by this thread. Basically a "free" ad to how ever many people read this forum for the small cost of the discount.

So by doing right they've got a lot of return by a tiny discount and treating you well.

We reloaders should be eternally grateful that Brad and Joanne decided to retire and start this "keep busy" venture. There are a lot of companies that could learn from their attitude about how a customer should be treated. I am also getting ready to order another pile of bullets. Guess where I'll go, again.

i just got my order of 44 mag 240 gr powder coated swc sized .432 today. a week from my ordering considering it's a special order. happy with my purchase. no wax to gum up seating and crimp dies hooray!
