That's cuz shooting BP is a slower paced more relaxing past time. Then again, it could just be the smoke has a calming effect on humans.

Mostly though, I suspect if you were to look at the average age of the posters you'd find them to be over the average age of the participants as a whole.

In other words, we're old and we just don't get riled up over silly stuff.

Definitely agree and jeepnik gave the reasons. Firearms enthusiasts are among my favorite people but the BP community takes that interest, friendliness and generosity to another level. When I sign in to THR I always start in this sub-forum.
