I bought a Hunter's Specialties Boiler Room ground blind a while back. It's my beater blind. It goes everywhere I need a blind. It's one of Hunter's Specialties bottom end cheaper blinds and I believe is discontinued.

This past weekend I found the blind where I left it, up against the barb wire fence only it was collapsed. Curious as to why it was collapsed I started to set it back up. I found three broken poles and what looked like footprints on the roof of the blind. I can't tell what kind of animal it was but it appears something jumped over the fence and landed squarely on the roof of the blind.

I wish I would have witnessed that...

I sent an email to Hunter's Specialties Monday inquiring how much replacement poles are and if they are available for that model any more. I received a response today asking for my mailing address and how many I needed. They would send them out immediately at no charge.

Kudos to Hunter's Specialties customer service. They now have a lifetime customer.
 
Interesting story, and that's great customer service, thumbs up to Hunters Specialties.
 
Gotta love companies that take care of their customers! Next time I get asked about blinds, I'll put a good word in for HS.
