Well, without actually doing your research for you, I would start looking at Brownells, Midway, or Amazon.

tried Ebay, but none listed. Also tried Barnes & Noble and Borders (Amazon). Did not even think about Brownells or Midway.

Often see them on Ebay with weird spelling
True I don't see any right now but I've found them on Ebay in various book as well as hunting book categories with the oddest sorts of spelling for the athor and subject so it may pay to watch and wait and search for variant spellings if you do Ebay. The savings on Ebay has never been great but I'll bid a title I don't have and don't really need hoping to get lucky. Otherwise I mostly go with a sale from Midway when I can bulk the order.
