Hi, I am in need of help from some of you more familiar with the Sig-Sauer line. I recently picked up a new P226. It has the machined stainless slide. It does not have the light rail on the frame. I ordered a kydex OWB holster from one of the better known makers. The holster arrived and was WAY too tight. Odd though, it fits an older P220 with the stamped steel slide perfectly. I called the maker and they offered to take it back and refund my money. The gentleman told me I did order the correct holster and it should fit. He said there could have been a change in the Sig pattern that he was unaware of. It is a really nice holster, and I told him I would keep it anyway for the 220. But I am still in need of a rig for the 226. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't want to order another until I'm sure it will fit. I thought I'd call another kydex maker and explain the situation before ordering. But then, I thought of asking here first. Thanks for any help.
