Does anyone make a kydex molded IWb holster with a thumb break. I have seen IWB in leather with built in reinforcements so the holster doesn't close, but none with a thumb break, of which I am looking for and thought there might be a kydex model available.

Sully, I have two fist k1 holsters, one for my xd subcompact, and one for my xd full size. I orderd the subcompact holster first, and had a thumbbreak put on it, but I did not get a thumbreak on my xd fullsize holster. The fist thumbreak is of excellent quality, and I did like it, but I find the level of retention on a standard kydex holster to be enough for my needs, and I couldn't warrant the extra cost for a thumbreak, when I was ordering my second holster.

Thanks for the info. I have several IWB holsters that are reinforced so they don't collapse when the gun is out, this reinforcement helps one to be able to reholster one handed. Out of my current selection none of them have a thumb break. I feel the thumb break is an important feature for those that might have the unfortunate experience of a physical confrontation while wearing a handgun. All the Kydex models I have do a good job of locking onto the trigger guard, but I think the thumb break would be a nice added option as well.

Thank You again and Stay Safe,
