Lapua 7.62x39

Several years ago I bought some Lapua 7.62x39 for my SKS. I have not been able to find any since. Anyone out there know where I can purchase some more of these??

Also, where can I purchase some Winchester Ranger LE 9mm & 45 ammo. I know it is not sold to civilians but it is not illigal to own it. Any help would sure be appreciated.
