Can anyone recommend a good laser. I had a laser installed on my Stoeger springer but it fell apart due to the reverse recoil. But my PCP and pump air rifles and my .22LR rifles have no recoil so I am hoping for a better result this go around. I would like to either mount to my scope or install a pic rail under neath the forearm stock. This would be for short range, 10 yards or so, at night to eliminate pests. I know mounted atop my scope there would be huge parallax from shorter to longer range but that is not my need at night, it would all be short range.

Or what do you use for night pesting?

Thanks, it is just so much of that China stuff does not work or will not hold a zero. Maybe I will try that one. Cheap enough no huge loss if it does not.

I had a cheapie clamp on laser on my Crosman 2260 many years ago. I can't recall the accuracy being consistent. The gun really needed a rail mounted to the stock, but then you still have a parallax problem at ranges the laser isn't zeroed to.

I eventually just mounted a light, as the sights work the same at most ranges up to 20 yards on that gun.

for innexpensive ones the Pinty (as suggested) are pretty solid if you get the right one. The bigger green ones can take quite a beating. For something like a pump/PCP/CO2 I doubt you will have any issues.
