Last Holster????

I've been carrying a full size HK 45 for several years using a DeSantis leather holster. After drawing and firing several hundred rounds, the retention was gone. I looked on the web and talked to fellow shooters and finally decided on a holster from Hidden Hybrid Holsters. I ordered and received it in ten days and have been using it for three days, in and out of the car, working around the house, etc. It's well made, comfortable and has several advantages I didn't see in other brands. First, it can be used as IWB or OWB by removing the two screws holding the supplied clips. The holster is wider than my DeSantis which means the slots for OWB are further apart allowing me to slide the holster to my normal 3 o'clock position or around to about 5 o'clock when I'm doing chores. Another advantage, the leather comes to the top of the slide keeping the entire gun off my skin. The kydex runs to the bottom of the gun so there is no possibility of sitting down and pushing the gun out of the holster. I've read that some folks have had holsters that interfered with safeties or released the mag. Not so with this one. So far, this holster is exactly what I needed. A final note. The company sent me a booklet containing the entire U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. That says a lot about the company!
