The gems of yesterday are amazing.

Got this Tanfoglio yesterday for $300. Looks practically new. Made in 1986 fired little, sat in a box ...

This unloved Ruger .357 wsa $300. Bluing is worn, small nick in the grips. New grips and some cleaning and it's a broken in .357 that will last many lifetimes.

Got my first 1911, a Springfield GI model, for basically nothing... I acquired a used washer and dryer set for free, and then posted a "for trade" advertisement and a guy showed up with a 1911. He had recently been through a divorce and was moving out and needed a W/D set. Put new grips on it, and cleaned it up. Thing is flawlessly reliable and accurate to a fault.

Got this really beautiful Taurus 9mm for around $300 ($350, but came with 4 mags, leather and kydex holster, wood grips...).

The list goes on and on... unloved Star 9mm, Tokarevs, CZ82s, Taurus, Gen 3 Smith and Wessons, all in the $200-$350 range.

Glock 22 $398
Glock 27 $398
Glock 19 $398
S&W Shield $325
All NIB with three mags except the Shield which came with two. The Makarovs are great little guns, got mine in a trade. I've been toying with the idea of a CZ82 and you guys aren't helping. While not an auto, the S&W 10-2 for $95 OTD was a good catch. Looks rough, shoots well.

Mine has to be my RIA 1911 Compact. Picked it up for for $350 used. Love to shoot this little gem. It's not the most accurate, but at less than 10 yds plenty good for what I wanted. Little heavier than a poly for carry, but I love the 1911 and 45acp platform. Has been trouble free.

Kahr CM9, $369. Because of it's small size I carry it more often than any other.

Good fit and finish, handles 9mm +p loads. Smooth (but long) DAO trigger pull. Accurate and not terribly brutal to shoot when compared with other small guns I've shot. As with most small 9mm semiautos some buyers have experienced issues. But mine (of recent manufacture) has been completely reliable and feeds everything I've tried.

The Kel-Tec PF9 ($250) that I carried before the Kahr is also decent, but not as good as the Kahr. The Kel-Tec is somewhat finicky about ammo, not 100% reliable if feeding heavier bullets. But it's been fine so far with the sub-147 grain stuff. Fairly unpleasant to shoot though with the light weight, narrow grip, and trigger guard that likes to bang the knuckle of my trigger finger. But very easy to carry...

Beretta 92FS.

Really it, the Sig P22x series, and 1911s are the only handguns I have much interest in. So the Berrette 92 it is.

Used 3rd gen Smiths are fragile and poor shooters.

(Stop telling everyone what great deals they are! If everyone realizes how great they are the prices will just go up!)

Picked up a Canik55 Stingray-C for $250. Excellent pistol for the price. Got some other stellar deals (like a Wilson Combat CQB for $800), but I couldn't really classify them as inexpensive.

I'm very fond of my Bersa Thunder 380,,,

I'm very fond of my Bersa Thunder 380,,,
She only cost me $265.00 about two years ago.

I buy ammo by the 1,000 round pack,,,
I'm about 150 rounds in the third pack of cartridges,,,
I honestly don't remember the last time I had a malfunction.

The gun fits my hand so perfectly,,,
I could easily dream it was made just for me,,,
Because of the perfect fit I hit very well with the little gun.
