i am interested in this scope, but didnt know where to look for advice, or info. the site is messed up, and i cant find a contact for questioning. figured id try here.

anyways, from what i read, is that this scope uses a cam system that you range, and it does the compensations for you. now, my question lies in the add. its says that the m-600, for 5.56-.223 is for 200-600 yard shooting. does this mean its no good at closer range? will the rangeing system not work at say, 100 yards?? all in all, it looks like a good scope, and something that i would like to try. but, this is the one thing that is holding me up on the purchase.

any insite would be awsome. thanks guys, brian

I'm guessing the scope doesn't adjust in from 200 meters, but if you're zeroed at 300 meters with 5.56mm ammunition, there's not going to be a whole lot of difference between 100 and 200 meters. Unless you're looking for a scope to shoot golf balls or something similarly tiny with, the 100-200 meter difference in trajectory won't matter enough to worry about.
