Greetings,

I got a 308 case sooooooooooo stuck. I destroyed the decapping pin and even the nut. Before some of you comment on that subject, I was resizing a batch of cases when I got distracted by one of my 4 dogs having a suddent and violent bowel movement in my garage (i.e.:diarheaa). I forgot to lube the case with the Imperial wax and put it on the ramp. When I came back after cleaning the mess, still under the influence of the vapors, I lifted up the ramp and voila!

I sent the die with a check of 4$ plus I included the amount for a new decapping pin and a new nut.

They sent me the die with a new decapping pin and a new nut PLUS another decapping pin and another nut.

Their service rocks!!!!!!!!

We complain about bad service. It is nice for once to talk about good service. In fact, I still have to get bad service with any reloading company.

Thank you

I agree. I was at an auction here a few weeks ago and bought some reloading stuff for $10 a box. One box had 2 Forester trimmers in it plus collets and trimming heads, one had like 8 or 10 dies, and the other had some other stuff. One of the Hornady carbide 3 die sets was missing some end that would hold the decapper in, so I e-mailed them to see which one I should buy and they sent me a a whole new end, with a couple of extra de-cappers for no charge. I went on Midway and that is like a $12-15 part! All of these company's do take care of us.

I think yes, if every one stop doing this and start appreciating them for what they have done, it will a good thing :)

Yup good folks, just down the road from me.

I had a stuck 223 case & it was stuck so bad they decided to just replace the die & decapping pin.
no charge. (although they did send a letter saying they usually charge $4 to remove a stuck case.)

If it ever happens again I'll be glad to pay the $4 :D

Pretty nasty story, and good reason to forget to lube your case:D Lee is good people!

Greetings,

Garage was not nasty. It was on painted concrete. Think about carpets...3 evenings in a row and one night another accident....

Good thing is that now the carpets are VERY clean.

Look here how she looks sick and pitiful.I could not once get mad at her.
