Lee Pro 6000 9mm case bounce?

Hello @all Lee 6000 users,

Just got my Pro 6000 and trying to set it up but every single 9mm case bounces off the bottom of the slider once he pusher goes in the rear and gives way for the case to drop. Distance from the case feeder mouth to the to of the slider is less than the thickness of a penny. (see picture) I am about to loose it. What am I doing wrong?

Solved, Lee shipped the 6000 with the raiser installed and I did not realize that Now cases drop just fine!

I followed the manual and according to that it was not installed. Ohh well now it works flawless and I will crank out the first 1000 rounds today. Damn IPSC, you need a lot of ammo...
