I have the Pro Disk Powder measure I'm loading .38/.357 The .37CC hole gives me 3.8grs. of W231 and the .40CC hole gives me 4.2grs. how do i get a measurement in between the two like 4.0grs. without having to trickle it up from 3.8grs.?
Do I have to get the Adjustable Charge Bar, and will it work with all powders like W231, Universal clays, Bulleye ect...?

I bought the Adjustable Charge Bar for that very reason. You can make minor changes to the powder thrown with just a twist of the knob. It works very well with W231, haven't used Clays or Bullseye.

+1 on the adjustable charge bar. It works very well for micro adjustments using Titegroup and VV N320 for my 9mm loads (4.2-4.5 gr). Throws consistently within .1 gr, usually dead on.

So if i want to add a half a grain to 4.2 or a whole grain to it the Adjustable Charge Bar will work for that??

I had bad consistency using my adjustable charge bar with Universal. Got pissed at it and never used it with other powders. It's currently on loan to a friend. YMMV.

I've had routinely excellent results with the Lee charge bar. There are some powders it doesn't work well with (800-X at one extreme and AA#9 at the other), but with powders like 231, #5, SR-4756, Silhouette and various Vihtavuori powders it will consistently meter at plus-or-minus .05 grain, or .1 gr total variance.

I recommend its use with the "Pro" version, and to have some spare wipers on hand.

I use the double disk setup from time to time.
Not bad.
Also have adjustable charge bar on wish list.

My precise stuff I use the scale or Lee Perfect Powder. Lee PP has adjustable cylinder. RCBS Uniflow is another I've heard good things about.
