Les Baer price hike???

Anybody know why Les Baer gun are going for 30% more? my other local shop is 30% over the pandemic price. After taking to another shop who was selling a Used Stinger for $2000 and the Big Monolith Stainless for $4,000, he said prices are hiked because Les Baer might be leaving the gun business?!?! anybody know the story?

Do you know when prices went down? And leaving the gun market jacks prices up as collectables.

While pretty much everything has raised in price.

That person has lost their mind wanting 4k for a Baer. Your LGS obviously doesn’t like the use of vaseline.

...hard to believe they are going out of business when on their website, Les Baer is advertising " seeking a couple of talented, detail conscious, hard working gunsmiths to add to our staff of professional craftsmen."

I would suggest a glance at the Les Baer web page. There I see they are hiring gunsmiths, expanding their product line, and offering new calibers. I looked at the Premier model. The price is what I expected.

They are not acting like an industry exit is planned.
