This may be old new to some of you but I just found out today that Les passed away last February. I live pretty close to his shop and would have him do my transfers and we’d shoot the breeze each time I visited. He was a good man and a great resource for Ithaca shotgun repair. I will surely miss hI’m and so will the Ithaca gun community.
Les started work at Ithaca Gun and rose through the ranks to become the head smith. He left in 2002. RIP Les. Happy trails.
