Leupold VIP (Veteran and .GOV Employee) Pricing

Anybody taken advantage of Leupold's VIP pricing?/ I see that they now offer Vet and Gov Employee options, whereas they used to only have a discount for active duty.

Any idea what the %s are? I qualify for both, and applied for .GOV.

I checked it out using my GOV employee option rather than my veteran/retired option. Bounced a couple prices off my usual stores; Euro Optic, Optics Planet etc. On top of that a couple of the guys at last nights match are dealers.

Basically the prices are slightly higher than their distributors prices, about $2-$300 less than I could get them for from some of the bigger optics mail order stores. Both the the guys I talked to said it was a great deal.

I think you can do 2 a year and tink I remember reading 20% off but off what msrp or the normal street price. I wonder if first responders can get it to.

That's part of the reason I went with my .GOV. The discount reads exactly the same as the active duty:

I uploaded a copy of my last pay stub and had approval later that day. Could have just as easily copied my retired ID or DD214.
