Does anyone have a link to someplace with a list of states that require you to inform LEOs that you are armed? I got in an argument with my brother about it because he says here in Wyoming you do but I don't think you do. It would help if it is from a reputable source.

The states are AK,LA,MI,NE,NC,OH,OK,SC,TX,and UT.
