To me (admittedly, I'm not a Glock owner), Glock seem best suited to kydex holsters. Both are lightweight, durable, and weather resistant.

The kydex pancake as pioneered by Raven Concealment Systems in their Phantom model would be a good choice. It allows both OWB and IWB carry with just a change of attachments. You can also adjust ride height and cant by moving those attachments around. It gives you a lot of carry options with just the one holster. Admittedly, there are many producing this design these days, but Raven is the only one I have experience with.

For dedicated IWB or OWB holsters, Comp-Tac, Blade-Tech, and Garrett are some of the big makers.

Are you carrying open or concealed?
If concealed, how concealed does it need to be?

I hike with mine in a Bianchi M12 standard military flap holster on the pack belt.
I use a Serpa holster around town for open and ~concealed carry.
I also have a leather pancake that works with the G20SF and my G29SF for better concealment.

I use a N82 for my G21 for IWB, and a Safariland ALS for OWB. Also, a kydex holster from any of the ten billion supertacticalkydex manufacturers out there will work fine, but won't be as comfortable IWB, and won't be as secure OWB.
