Looking for a muzzle brake for a Saiga 308

Have a 16 inch barrel Saiga 308 that is being converted. The barrel can be threaded M14x1.0 LH or 9/16x24 tpi at this point.

What muzzle brakes have people used on 16 inch barreled semi auto 308 rifles? Whats been good? Whats been bad? Would you go M14x1.0 LH or 9/16x24 tpi?
