Looking for scout rifle work in Arkansas

Does anyone know of any custom gun work places who could work on a scout rifle project for me near central Arkansas? Specifically shortening the barrel to 20'', adding a muzzle brake, adding a front sight and some internal work (the last one is optional)

Well I have a Nikon 3-9x40 on it right now, I might drop down to a Leupold fixed 4 or something lighter and more low profile though

If you're going to mount it forward of the action, choose your scope carefully. LER scopes are quite pricey, & pistol scopes may be just a few inches short on the ER to work correctly.
