I don't remember if it was here or on one of the other lever gun sites. But there was some great info on light 30-30 loads especialy on one of the light Lee pistol bullets. I think it was a .311 diamater 112 or 125 gr or so bullets. If anyone has a link to it or other light bullets for a 30-30 I'd appreciate it. I have 5, 30-30s and mostly shoot them for fun at the range so I'm wasting lead with 150grFP,s. TIA.

I don't have any specific data that I could give you, but you could get away with using bullets for 32-20's. I've been casting 115 and 85 grain bullets for a couple of 32-20's that ought to work well for any 30 cal plinkers.

Yes I think those were the sizes. There was a very detailed thread/article with load data for the 30-30. I thought I bookmarked it but can't find it. My wife goes "bookmark crazy" so it may have been pushed out of overflow.:cuss:

Google this " lite 30-30 loads, cast boolits " it should get you what you are after. It's a great group there, always willing to help a guy out. At least on thread mentions lyman 311008 many times. It's about the most common 32-20 bullet/mold design there is.
