Greetings, and I apologize to the moderators if this is inappropriate.

I cleaned out my filing cabinet and found the purchase permit and RI60 for the first pistol I ever owned, and was hit with a wave of regret, and so I'm trying to find it to offer to buy it back. I thought I had sold it on Michigan Gun Owners but remembered I was on here before I migrated over to MGO.

The pistol was a satin nickle CZ-75B, in the older blue plastic CZ hard case. It had two ten round mags (short tube and large plastic bottom), rubber panel grips, and all original paperwork. We met somewhere west of Taylor Michigan. The sale date on the RI60 is 02/03/12. I've tried the phone number on the RI60, one character is either a 4 or 9 and on one of them someone responded they recently acquired the phone number, other is unresponsive.

I have tried searching, and the most recent thread I created seems to be Dec 2012, but I joined January that year, well before the date on the RI60.

I am grateful for the time and patience spared.

Good luck in your search! I sold my first ever .22 pistol, a Ruger Single-Six with adjustable sights, back in the 90's to a friend's dad. My friend said I could buy back the pistol when his dad passed away, which he did a few years ago. But, the other siblings got control of the estate and being anti-gun libs, they refused to let me buy back my pistol and would not tell anyone what happened with the guns. We suspect they were dumped in a lake.

When a teenager my Daddy , whom I thought at the time was the dumbest person on planet Earth , Told me " Boy , don't ever sell a gun...chances are you will regret it ." You know that old man wasn't near as dumb as I made him out to be. I've followed that advice and have firearms now considered collectible and I could never afford to buy them now . No seller's remorse....Thank's Dad !

I almost made the mistake of selling a gift gun... low hanging fruit I know. Uncle talked me out of it saying I'd always regret it. So grateful for that advice.
