This doesn't relate to Lugers, probably a thead jack, but my uncle also had a drilling he brought back. Not sure how he got that one, either. It was a 16 guage double with an 8x57mm JR under it. I fired that rifle and shotgun barrels and it was REALLY COOL! I forget, think it has "Sauer" on it. Anyway, I found one at a gun show like it once and they had a price of up around 4K on it IIRC. 
Don't know what it is actually worth, but my cousin got that one, too.
