In Arizona it is not considered concealed if the gun is in a case, scabbard or in luggage. So, is a woman's purse considered luggage? I was thinking it isn't, but the legal mumbo-jumbo in the Arizona Revised Statutes is not real clear in that instance. If my wife wants to carry her pistol in her purse will she need a CCW? Can she keep it in her purse in a holster?
