Me, I'm waiting for a compact HK45 to get approved in Golden State. I guess I'm just blinded by the uber kool aid that comes w/ each pistol

Geez,ould
After reading the PDF, maybe they should buy the Colt name.

Smith has been on a roll for a while now. I hope they can actually make "made in UDA" mean something again.

I love the USP, but hate the crappy grip and safety. Looks like HK fixed both in the HK45. I could care less how it looks if it shoots nice. That MP45 looks tempting too. Guess I better start saving.

Glad to see they didn't drag their heels on the M&P .45 for too long. The handgun makers ignored the .45 crowd wayyyy too much the last 20 years, to their own detriment. The USA has a love affair with the .45 ACP and will buy damn near any handgun so chambered, even though we may ignore the same "new" pistol in 9mm or .40.

On that note, one crowd that really goes for the chambering (with little regard for the platform) are us 10mm freaks. I hate Glocks, but a G-20 is on my list.

I would love to see a M&P10. I doubt it will happen, though.

Mike

S&W has a real winner with the M&P, when they catch on their market share will be substantial.

I'd be interested in seeing what their Long Gun line is going to be. It's kind of hard to picture: Going into a hunting store to purchase a S&W .22 rifle. Or a 270, or a 30-06 :what: Just odd.
