M1A sight settings

I know with ar15s point of aim at 50 yards will get you 200 yard point of aim for bullet impact.

How do I make the most of a 308 M1A point of aim?

IIRC, battle sight zero on M14s (and M1As) is 25 meters and 300 meters

25 and 300 is what I remember for the M-1 also. The AR-15 may be a little different due to the sight height being a little higher over the bore.

Yep, 25/300 is my memory, too. Now, the way you dial that in is subject to some debate, based on whether one was taught by military instructors or not.

I agree and spent years with the both M1 and M14. 25/300 is the mark.
