Okay, I love my 5" S&W 625, but the sights have got to go. As it came from the factory, it has black adjustable target sights. The front sight is angled rearward and is asking to snag on draw (though I've got it halfway broken in with my Kramer holster). Plus, the notch is small and the sights, being black only, are hard to pick up in low light.
I'd like a set of new sights. Something high-visibility, and very rugged. I wouldn't mind something like fixed sights; my "working" automatics have fixed sights, so why not my working sixgun? Something that's tough and can take a pounding.
I'd like night sights, if possible. Meprolight makes adjustable night sights. If I recall correctly, Cylinder & Slide sells a set of fixed "combat" sights for S&W revolvers. Anybody try these out? Do they come with tritium lamps?
Thanks!
