I know there are a lot of variables when asking questions like this, but whats the GENERAL value of an m72 rpk of the yugo sort? From the pictures ive seen its super clean but i havent held it yet. Im assuming being a yugo its a non chrome lined barrel.

Thanks

They were worth $600-700 before the current panic. And about 3 years before that, when they were readily available at retail. Right now, who knows, maybe double that if you can find an eager buyer. If you are the buyer, I wouldn't pay more than $600-ish, unless it is just the crown jewel of your collection. I had one and really didn't enjoy shooting it, so I sold it (sadly, before the panic).

Back in 2007-8, matching number parts kits were $500 and you could order a receiver with a matching number, add in a compliance kit (trigger, gas piston and muzzle devise) and you are at $675 ,,, it all depends on what you got.

Later some non-matching kits came out without the bipods for $400, then even later kits without barrels for $300 if memory serves.

I bought 2 of the early kits, put one together and kept it for a few years and traded it off for something ... one of these days I may put the other one together.
