They might not even know. Ive bought some Benchmade knives that are Chinese knock offs (knew that going in), and you cant tell the difference from the real thing (I have the real thing). All the packaging looks just like the real thing as well.

Ive heard of sellers only finding out when people who they sold to, questioned something and sent them back to the factory and were told they werent their knives.

Ak: you bring up an interesting point if the knockoff is identical and works just as good ,well as the saying goes "that does not confront me"

If you get it cheaper and it works, I wouldnt worry on it. Ive been using one of those knock off Benchmades for a couple of years now, and its been working fine, and just what Id expect from the real one. The fact it cost me $75, when the real thing goes for $300, well, whos to complain. :)

I read in a review of the website that a customer received a cheap knockoff instead of the Maglula loader. Of course I did not read this until after I ordered one. Did you get the genuine article or a knockoff?
It has "QBloader.com" and "QBloader" on it. When I load that website, it takes me to a Chinese site...so it is a knock-off, not Magpul.

On the other hand, I have not used it yet...it may be functional anyway.

I have one for Uzi/SMG mags, which are effectively impossible to load by hand, except by slapping the base of the mag each round. Its a decent time saver, but 1000x easier to load with. As above, lots of fraud. I would order from one of their official suppliers, or midway. I got mine from 9mmAR.com. I also have faith in Newegg, but I accept this is not a company sourced product, and most likely a 3rd party seller they're hosting, or at best, something brought in to test the market, neither of which guarantees legitimacy. Aside from the ethical issues, Chinese knockoffs can be very good, so if you get it, and it works, let us know. If it doesn't I'm sure you can return it.
You're right it is an aftermarket company that sells through Newegg so I contacted them and they insist it's the legitimate article from Israel but said if I'm not happy with it I can return it for a full refund so I'm not worried we'll see what happens

Been spending a lot of time at the indoor range lately and i've got a bad case of Loader Thumb!:cuss:
Thinking about a loader. A woman at the range said she uses the Maglula Uplula. but I looked it up on the net and it's pretty pricey!
What do you guys think? Is it worth it? :uhoh:
It’s about 100000000 * 10^(10000) percent worth it.

After over 40 years of loading mags with maybe five rounds and calling it "good", I asked almost this same question. Received the same answers. Bought one. No regrets.

For range trips, I don't normally load my mags fully. This means less wear and tear and also less force pushing the ammo into the mags.

Got my Maglula Uplula today from Newegg.
It's great! It will even load that notorious 7th round in the Kimber Micro 9 magazine!
Thank you guys for your advice on this you were spot-on.
