Magnum Research Jerico 941 / 45acp

Well the actual jehrico 941 was a specfic model gun that came in a dual caliber kit in 9mm and 41AE. It was an all steel heavy pistol that shot wonderful in 9mm and so- so in 41AE.
IMI also put out a baby desert eagle in 45acp, imported by magnum research which was a compact all steel pistol of high quality. The guns are quite heavy and I was not real thrilled with the location of the decocker safety lever as it took up almost all of the area where the slide serrations were. You had to grab the lever to rack the slide whereas other similar guns did not crowd that area as much.
Otherwise great guns. IMI now has a civilian company called IWI but I would imagine the quality is the same.

Not personally, but every review I've seen has been pretty consistent. They tend to be reliable, accurate, feel good in the hand, not every holster out there will have a version for it, but generally the Tangfolio/CZ holsters will all work.
I think it uses the Tangfolio 10 round .45 magazines.

I owned one, and liked it well enough. The safety was stiff as heck when I first got it so I'd just carry with the safety off/hammer down.
I sold it during my last dry spell several years ago, and I missed it enough to order one last month. Unfortunately my dealer couldn't find one anywhere. The 9x19mm and .40 S&W are apparently far easier to find. I gave up after three weeks and bought an AR-15, but I still miss that .45.
