For those who don't know, LD 1175 "An act to expand options for the prevention of domestic violence" will have a public hearing along with other gun related Bills on April 21, 2017.
This bill would allow firearms to be confiscated simply if someone else claimed they THOUGHT they were a threat. A judge would sign an order and police would come to confiscate your firearms. You wouldn't know anything was wrong until they showed up at your door.
