Hi all,
You may remember a thread (now closed) regarding six individuals who were confronted by Manassas Police regarding their open carry status at a local restauant.
VCDL among others secured an information package of internal e-mails and radio traffic through a Freedom of Information Act request. A reading of that package showed a several mis-steps by the police and their leadership.
Ok, fast foward to this past week when 50 pro-2Aers attended a Manassas City Council. Short summary is that Chief Skinner has an internal investigation underway. Several citizens wanted the cops fired or reprimanded. The Chief's silent until his investigation is done. A couple of civil actions have been filed.
