I bought myself an early 80's Marlin 1894C (pre-safety) in .357 magnum and, so far, it's my favorite rifle.
My question is, where *OH* where! can I find a buttstock cartridge holder for less than an arm and/or a leg??? I've looked high and low and the best priced one I've seen is $65.
I would prefer leather. Am I being too stingy? Is $65 a good price on a leather ammo holder?

All I can find are cartridge holders for big calibers but nothing for the meager .357 round. Please help!

Been looking for one also - since 05 -!!!!! Good luck, nothing I find fits

Jury riigged a stretch nylon shotgun one with needle and thread looks bubba but it works, kinda.

Dang, I just posted this pic, but ah well. I was ultra stingy. What, $5 out the door on Amazon? I'd rather have leather too, but I'd rather not spend a hundred or so more :)

I can't even find a cloth one that will fit the .357
The sleeves are way too long on them for the short round.

i also looked at the prices. so,i thought that i will make my own. now i'm making them to sell at local gun shows. they are hand made and i sell them for $30.00 plus shipping. i can make one for .357 mag because i also shoot that caliber. if interested contact me at [email protected]
