marlin 1894 extraction problem

i have a marlin lever action in 41 mag. that 3-4 rounds out of a mag tube full(10 rnd mag ) wont extract i've owned this gun for 10-12 years but only fired about 300 rnds thru it . any ideas ? 187

You might want to check these guys out. They have come up with a few aftermarket parts to improve the Marlin rifle. One is the Bear Proof Extractor and the Bear Proof Ejector. Both were designed to improve what were flaws in the original design.
You should also contact a gunsmith in your area to examine your gun to make sure it is an extractor problem.
Brownell's also offers the Trigger Happy Kit and Bear Proof Extractors and ejectors in their #55 catalogue.
