Good looking Rifle!

I was gonna say follow your wife's suggestion. :)

A win-win.

Be well

Bob

I bought a 336 in .35 Remington from a neighbor a few years back because the price was right.
The rifle was made in the mid-60's and came with a Cabella's 3x-9x glass.
I carried it in the deer woods and have killed six Penn's woods deer with it so far, one shot kills all.
I shoot only reloads, my favorite a 250 gr. Remington CORE-LOKT.
The rifle shoots very close to M.O.A.

Most really like the 35. I have a JM 30-30 which I like. It does me no good though sitting in the cabinet as it does.

for that gun and for that price you are getting the "deal". just reload your ammo. the 35 rem is one great woods gun. i have taken many deer with one.

I envy you your rifle.

But not so much since this morning I took advantage of a special 5-day, doe-only season and nailed a big fat doe with my Savage 99 in .308 Winchester;)
