925M Marlin - Hey I was just shooting mine this last Sunday. Like most rimfires, there's ammo it likes and ammo it doesn't. Shot respectable groups at 50 - can't quite hang with my CZ in .17 HMR, but accurate enough - seems like the Federal red label shot well.

I have the regular 925 and it works perfectly. Bolt is a little stiff out of the box but that loosens up within a box of rounds and just playing with the action. Accuracy is good. I had to adjust the rear sight but once it was zeroed it has been marvelous.

I think its a good gun for the money. I have one and it works fine. I zeroed in 1" high at 50yards and I generally get 1-1.5" 5 shot groups at 50yards with CCI 40gr ammo. I haven't extensively tested it with different ammo to see for sure what it likes. Its not as accurate as, say my CZ 453 22lr, where I get 0.5 inch groups at 50yards pretty regularly with Federal bulk pack ammo from Walmart. But then again, it didn't cost nearly as much either! (nor did the scope!)

mine is generally one on the short list that I like to take out to the range.

get some decent glass and you have a 150-200 yard small varmint rifle depending on conditions. Plus they are coming out with some seriously hot ammo for this old number.
