i had posted before about loading 12 shots and 11 would eject but the 12th would not.
well, in the past week it stopped ejecting and started "double stack jamming". this is a new rifle ( under 50 shots). i tried calling Marlin ( yeah right, id have better luck calling my dead grandmother). anyway.
i removed the stock, and inspected the feed ramp. its 2 pieces, so i held pressure on the 2 pieces and it ejected all but the last casing. checked the feed ramp screws and they are loose. tightened the screws and it ejects them know.
hopefully this will be of some use to others who have the same or similar problem. and i dont think tightening screws voids the warranty.
