Well that answers my question. Looks like I'm taking a trip back to the mall.

Well I picked up the Marlin on sale from Dick's. Regular $399 on sale for $319.99 and I signed up for their discount card and will receive $20 cash back. They also had Winchester Super-X ammo on sale for $4.99 after rebate.
So I walked out with a brand new Marlin 336A with scope and 2 boxes of ammo for $340 and after I get my rebates back it will have cost me ~$310. Not a bad deal if I don't say so my self.
